All prescription weight loss medications are issued only following a clinical assessment by our qualified prescribing pharmacist. Completion of our online questionnaire does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Our prescribers will exercise independent clinical judgment. If a prescription is declined, we will notify you and, where appropriate, advise you to consult your GP. Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use at our pharmacy only, unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Your payment will be processed immediately upon submission of your order. If your prescription is not approved following clinical assessment, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 working days.
Approved orders are dispatched within 1 working day of pharmacist approval. We use tracked, discreet packaging to protect your privacy. Delivery timescales may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays or public holidays.
It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided is correct. We cannot accept liability for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address details.

Once a prescription has been approved and medication dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription-only medicines, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and consumer protection law applicable to medicinal products.
If goods arrive damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
